The hotel seemed to have some potential, but sadly it lacked proper maintenance. the room was spacious and clean, while the breakfast had a great variety of food. the staff was quite helpful and efficient in their services. certain areas such as the outdoor pool and the faulty equipment in the room needed significant improvement.
The location of the hotel was inconvenient and quite far from the main city.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean, with a big bed and modern amenities such as a separate sleeping and work area. the breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel itself is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing city break away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
The location was less than ideal as it was quite far from public transportation and attractions, making it difficult to explore the city on foot. the shower area in the room needed minor repair, and the ironing board was broken which made ironing a little challenging.

Our stay was wonderful! The outdoor swimming pool was amazing, perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring the city. The location was also great, just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the city skyline.
The only negative aspect of our stay was the condition of the bathroom. The shower holder was loose and the water pressure was low, making it difficult to get a good shower.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel, where our every need was met by the efficient staff. the exclusive amenities provided in our room were exceptional, from the spa lounge to the private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent, offering a wide selection of delicious food and drinks.
this did not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.
